Ahh. Having no school is incredibly boring.

I like learning and I love socializing. I even like the pressure of having to do homework the night before because you forgot you had to do so.

Having nothing to do all day is completely boring.

I've decided to try to do as many productive things as possible!

o I wish to get much better at drawing, painting, any artistic thing!

o Learn languages. (I would love to learn Japanese. And perhaps some Greek for when I go on holiday.)

o Become well known on the internet. *cough*Likethosejapaneseinternetidols.. likemisafromdeathnote..*cough*

o Get a job. (This should be higher on my list. Well its not exactly in order okay?)

o Join some dance classes. (Splits here I come!)

o Get money. ( Should'nt this be in with get a job?)

Its not every girl's dream to be dressed up like a princess and have boys swoon over her.

But it certainly is my dream (: And my sixth year prom gave me that opportunity. ♥

I was dressed in a peach Rare Opulence dress and pearls from my late grandmother. (I'm the short haired girl)

My friends would be said girls who dislike dressing up fancy but boy did they look amazing!

Everyone looked amazing. The other girl in the picture Steph (in the red dress) was so beautiful! ♥

We had our prom at the Hilton hotel in Aberdeen.

It was gorgeous! Our meal was superb too!

We all did some scottish dancing. Oh my! It was so fun!

The hottest boy in the year even asked me to dance! ♥ ♥

My mind has already romanticized the memory.

Hazy pink dream like quality has been added Roses in his hand "Would you like to dance, my princess?".

Yes... romantic sludge. I'm a girl.. we're allowed to do that! (I've read way too many shoujo manga!)

Prom queen went to one of the popular brats. Im not jealous.. in my romanticized mind I had already won that title long before. With the hot boy by my side as king.

It was the most amazing night ever. ♥

Girls everywhere, don't feel like you must wear an extremely expensive dress in order for people to notice you. The girls at my prom who had dresses £300+ all looked the same and many of them had a scowl on their face so fierce they'd scare away a bear. The girls who were the epitome of glamour were certainly the ones who felt happy and looked amazing in their dresses £100-.

My dress was £120. But it fit my figure so well. (Well maybe not. It was size six and it was falling down a bit. I got that sorted by my mum stitching it smaller.)

I felt amazing in it. And I must have looked alright if that hottie asked me to dance!

Proof that money does not give you happiness.

A smile and knowing that you feel amazing will make others around you notice you!

Kaichou Wa Maid Sama

I've recently started reading/watching a relatively new manga/anime. "Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama".

Its an amazing shoujo manga featuring a headstrong young girl who is president of her, recently co-ed, high school. Due to the majority of the school body being male, Misaki Ayuzawa feels the need to fight for the rights of the female minority by taking it in her own hands to reform the school and allow the girls to feel safe in the rough environment. Misaki fights hard and trains even harder to keep up a tough-as-nails appearance. However Misaki works part time in a maid cafe to support her family, her somewhat spacey, sickly mother and her apathetic sister. Her job, she feels, is embarrassing and will knock her down from her accomplished spot as president. No one in her school knows of her part time job.. that is until the handsome Takumi Usui stumbles across her secret. He appears to have little interest in anything but this is changed once he finds out Misaki's secret. The manga revolves around Misaki trying to keep her secret from others in her school, Takumi's somewhat perverted antics and a fast paced plot of gender-benders, maids, family secrets and love.

I recommend this manga to fans of shoujo, people who are bored of cutesy innocent shoujo, and fans of handsome men and headstrong heroines.

You'll love this series if you're a fan of Ouran High School Host Club. (:
